Meet Ramandeep Singh a bike enthusiast and design lover from Jammu and Kashmir. He launched a campaign on My Dream Store targeting others like him who are crazy about bikes and riding them just like he is. His Bike campaign as well as his iconic Happy Artist campaigns succeeded in a very short time and now he is our campaigner of the week!
Recently, we spoke to him about his experience with us. The conversation has been transcribed below.
Tell us a little bit more about you!
I am Ramandeep Singh and I am from Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir. I have done my PG in Business Management and my hobbies are bike riding and designing.
What is your T-shirt about?
Bikes are my number 1 passion in life and hence naturally my t-shirt was also related to bikes.
What was launching your first campaign like?
Launching my first campaign on My Dream Store was a great experience for me and thankfully it didn’t take much time. My job was made easier by the guides and how-to articles posted on the blog and the website. I closely followed them and all in all it was a great experience.
When is the first time you heard about My Dream Store? Have you sold t-shirts or other merchandise before?
I heard about My Dream Store about two months ago through a friend and the concept really intrigued me and I wanted to try it out for myself! This was my first time designing and launching a t-shirt online like this.
How did you promote your t-shirt? Any advice for others on what is the best way to promote a t-shirt campaign?
I promoted my t-shirt through my social media accounts on various channels. I am also a member of some bike clubs online so I also promoted my t-shirts there. In my opinion social media is the best way for promotion.
Did you communicate with our customer support team in the process? How was the experience?
Yes, I communicate with My Dream Store customer support team many times and I have to say it was nice talking to them. The way they listened to and solved every problem of mine was really nice. They always made me feel comfortable while talking to them.
What’s been the best part of your success on My Dream Store?
As the youth today is really passionate to bikes and my design is also for bike lovers. My design was able to connect with my fellow Bike Lovers and it was a success. This really pleased me.
What’s the best piece of advice you could give someone just starting out?
If you really are passionate about what you are about to design or you really believe in the cause, go ahead and give it a shot!
